Limited Lines Credit Producer: Each individual whose duties will include selling, soliciting, or negotiating limited lines credit insurance must complete an approved program of instruction to obtain a credit insurance license.

1. Read and/or study the approved material.
   
   
2. After the applicant has completed the study material, they must fill out the completion verification and have it signed by a licensed agent certifying that they have completed the study material.
   
   
3. Mail the signed completion verification to our office along with a self-addressed, stamped envelope and we will return our "Certificate of Completion".
   
   
4. A copy of the Steele Agency certificate should then be sent to the Indiana Department of Insurance along with the application and a check for $40.00. The applicant should keep the original Certification and booklet, and your employer should keep a copy of the Certification in case the Indiana Department of Insurance audits for compliance.
